Who/ What is Resourceful Living
We are a group of 11 UTS student, and we are holding a virtual event called Resourceful Living. This is an event which holding online due to the Covid-19 lockdown. In the event, we have different sessions about resourceful living in daily life, it can help everyone improving the consciousness about resourceful.
Our Target
We aim to improve everyone consciousness about resourceful life, such as cooking, waste management and so on. In the same time, we need to raise money for our organization Alex Make Meals.
How to participate in our event
Our event is held on ticket sales and the ticketing platform will be Humanitix. Each ticket will include a zoom link that provides access to live events, as well as a record of after-the-fact events.
If I cannot attend the live event what should I do?
Our event is a non-profit event and all profits including tickets will be donated. So, we encourage more people to buy tickets, and even if they can't attend the event, we'll send them a recording of the event.
Is there a return policy on tickets?
Of course, our event will be held on 17th October 2021. Until 14th, we offer a return service. Return details can be reached on our Instagram: resourceful.living
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we only accept direct transfer of funds
How are purchased auction items packaged ?
In order to meet the value of our event, we will be using Heaps Good Packaging when sending out auction items and merchandise to customers. It is 100% home compostable and takes 3-6 months to break down rather than 300 years.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to all Australian addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the ongoing global situation around COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this period and thank you for your continued support.
Dispatch: At present we are aiming to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.
Delivery: our carrier Sendle is currently experiencing delays and we anticipate your delivery will take longer than usual.

An item in my order arrived damaged, what do I do?
