Panel Speakers

Our event features a speakers panel where attendees are able to interact with key resourceful people and businesses. Our speakers will share their stories, tips and tricks to help inspire us to be more proactive in minimising the waste production in our homes. 

Event Chef

Sarah is a Food Technology teacher and a full-time foodie. When she is not helping her students develop important cooking skills, she loves experimenting with food and drumming up new creations for her food styling page.  
 
Sarah is passionate about reducing food waste where she can. Practical strategies Sarah uses to reduce waste at home include, purchasing meal kits that provide exact quantities for each meal, and thinking of interesting ways to use up the food to avoid throwing it away.  

 
Creative food swaps in the kitchen can lead to delicious dishes and avoid food waste. We can’t wait for Sarah to show us how to get resourceful in the kitchen !
